(1) In order to obtain the necessary information for preparing the bid and entering into the purchase agreement, the bidder himself or his employees or agents may visit the construction site at his own expense and be responsible for possible risks.
(2) If the public body is required to give permission to visit the construction site according to sub-rule (1), such permission shall be given.
(3) The public body may conduct a visit to the construction site prior to the meeting to be held in accordance with Rule 52 to provide the bidder with accurate information about the construction site.
